Durable and water-resistant WG 100 ceramic grease from Ostermayer.

WG 100 is a high-performance lubricating grease with an excellent pressure absorption capacity. It is resistant to salt water and can be used for applications with long lubrication intervals. CWG 100 is ideal for high-stress plain and roller bearings, as well as being suitable for lubricating high-stress joints, tie rods, lifting gear guideways, tracks and slideways, flexible shafts, water pumps, bearing points, and components in construction equipment, agricultural machinery, cranes and forklifts.

How it works

Designed for extreme conditions, WG 100 contains our patented micro-ceramic lubricating compound (MKG). Friction is reduced, and load-bearing capacity dramatically increased. The product’s longevity extends lubrication intervals by several factors, enhances functional reliability, and cuts maintenance costs. With significantly less leaching from bearings and sliding contact points, fretting corrosion is prevented. The lubricating grease is also easy to feed through long lines, and dry lubrication is guaranteed at all times.
